Title opinions/reports

The Firm has represented many major energy and oil and gas companies in the United States. The Firm has acted as lead counsel in the permitting of oil and gas pipelines, hazardous and solid waste facilities, landfills and low-level nuclear waste sites. The Firm served as legal counsel in the environmental permitting of a liquid petroleum pipeline in Ohio for a major oil and gas company and is currently assisting the same company in separate pipeline permitting projects in Michigan and Kentucky.
